Supporting those who support others
When someone you love is living with cancer, it’s natural to want to help.

Touch, Caring and Cancer is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to empower carers and support people with simple, safe touch techniques that can be used throughout the cancer journey.
These techniques are designed to promote comfort, relaxation, connection and wellbeing, helping carers feel more confident and supported in their caregiving role.
